Health and Nutrition Coaching

Changing our behavior is hard, and we could all use a little help. Whether you know exactly what you need to change, or you just know that something has to change, I want to help you get there.

This is not a one-size-fits-all program, but an individual goals-based approach, to address exactly what you want to change. My approach can incorporate diet, movement, mindfulness techniques, and habit change, in an inclusive, individual, body-positive way. We will work together to find the best ways for you to achieve your unique goals, using strategies that fit with your life.

  • Improve overall health, by making sustainable changes to food and exercise.
  • Reduce Stress. Improve coping skills, develop mindfulness practices.
  • Get in shape. Lose weight, gain muscle, improve fitness.
  • Sleep better. Get restful sleep, have more energy throughout the day.
  • Have a better relationship with food. Reduce stress eating, restrictive habits, or food anxiety.
  • Develop and sustain healthy relationships. Improve communication, increase intimacy, resolve conflicts.
  • Love, value, and accept your body, exactly as it is. Regardless of weight, disability, gender identity, etc.
  • Assistance in following medically advised diet, for conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, digestive issues and food intolerances.

I am not selling supplements or restrictive meal plans. I don’t have any miracle secrets. I simply help you though a tested, proven, sustainable process of habit change, to bring you closer to your goals.

  • Premium Package: $200/month. Weekly call, daily accountability tracking, and 2x/week check-in.
  • Basic Package: $100/month. 2 calls per month, daily accountability tracking, and weekly check-in.
  • Budget Package: $50/month. 1 call per month, daily accountability tracking, and weekly check-in.
  • Accountability Buddy. $50/3 months. Just accountability tracking, and weekly check-in.

Calls can be voice or video call, but text chat is possible if preferred. Check-ins are by email or text message. In-person sessions are available in Central Massachusetts, for coaching or as a gym/activity buddy, for an additional charge.
